LD Clerk വിവിധം തസ്തികയുടെ 14 ജില്ലകളിലെയും ഭിന്നശേഷിയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികളുടെ OTR verification , അനുയോജ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയവും 2014 ഡിസംബർ 17, 18 തിയതികളിലായി നടത്തുന്നു.
G.O (P) No. 39/2012/SWD Dated 30/06/2012 സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Kerala Rules, 2000ഭേതഗതി ചെയ്യുകയും അതിൻ പ്രകാരം താഴെ കാണുന്ന certificate അതാത് വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ബാധകമാവുന്നവ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഹാജരാക്കണം.

Form VII - In case of amputation or complete Permanent paralysis of limbsand in cases of visual impairment 
Form VIII – In case of Multiple disabilities. 
Form IX - In cases other than mentioned in form VII & VIII
